25man Raid Schedule:
- Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: 5PM - 9PM Server time (Pacific Time)
- Sunday: 3PM - 7PM Server time (Pacific Time):
Additional Raids may be required when needed.
Vacations: We typically take Christmas / Final Exam period and Spring break off. They will be announced well in advance and if you are planning on vacation, eg. going out of the country, it is appreciated that you would book your time off when the guild is taking a vacation break from raiding.
We require good attendance and your participation when needed. If you are going to be away, you are required to notify the guild by posting your absence in the LEAVE OF ABSENCE forum. To be considered for CORE raiding rank, attendance of 90% is required. For Moonie (general raider rank when slots), we want you to be available for 2-3 raids per week.

Guild Master - Babi

GEAR REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 set of 232 T9 (minimum)
- Proper trinkets and rings for your class (Are you a hunter wearing strength gear?)
- At this point in the expansion, we expect you to have a few pieces of the Frost Badge gear, since the badges have been out for over 5 months now.
- Any and all T10 increases interest significantly.
*Exceptions:
- If you are DPS class and think you can put out 6000+ DPS with your current gear, hitting a boss pole, talk to any of the listed officers in game.
- If you are a healer and think you should not be overlooked based on gear alone, speak to Oarik, Allenda, Arysi, or Babi.
- If you are a tank, and you understand the differences in Effective Health, Avoidance, and Armor gear sets, talk to Zaephod, or Valnâx in game.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have at least cleared the first 4 bosses in ICC 10, or ICC 25. If you have cleared more, do not just say 6/12 bosses killed, be specific.
Note: We expect off-spec gear to be enchanted fully, and raid ready should the need arise that we require you to respec for the encounter. Tanks, this rule applies to you especially.

If all you are after is loot, don't bother proceed with this application. We are only seeking mature like minded players to progress in end game. (or to chill if this is a casual application because you have friends in guild to sponsor you)
General Rule of Thumb:
Generally loot is distributed amongst those players who need them by the loot council, taking into account many factors (such as attendance / performance / best upgrade / seniority etc. - at loot council discretion)
Ranks and priorities:
Core Main -> Sr. Moonie Main -> Core Off -> Core Alt 1st spec / New Moonie Main spec (depends on seniority, boss involved, involvement in progression, and urgency to gear up for progression purposes) -> Moonie 2nd Spec/Casual -> Other : SUBJECT TO OFFICER INTERVENTION.
*exceptions and typical "interventions": Moonie ranked who are very close to borderline core may have the opportunity to roll with core given they have been doing the progression boss since day 1 of learning phase.
Progression Items:
Generally 3 MTs, then main healers depending upon roles and needs: SUBJECT TO OFFICER INTERVENTION.
Non-progression unimportant offspec loots:
Benefits/Usage analysis, seniority, rewards mechanism, or greed roll : SUBJECT TO OFFICER INTERVENTION.
Notice the line "SUBJECT TO OFFICER INTERVENTION"?
- This is the "fine print" in CAPS.
- This has been in place since Burning Crusade
- We rarely exercise this clause - we believe people are generally fair and able to work out among themselves
- Rare occurrence of intervention bears no indication if and when we will be making successive loot assignments as we see fit
- You are to accept the decisions - they are not subject to votes nor democracy.
Petitions:
You can petition and come up with constructive criticism/feedback to improve decision making process for subsequent drops. ONLY IF YOU MUST (odd cases), you are invited to make your case why you or anyone you named should be given priority over others - it will be debated among loot council, we may seek guild opinions, and final decision parameters will be presented to the raiders before our making the final decision - there are no guarantees that your proposal would be adopted.
Keep in mind, what you don't agree with does not mean it is wrong; what you believe in may not be the best outcome - loot council decisions are final - further complaints are to be addressed to Poochi or Babi or designated officer.
Other considerations: Trust, reliability, accountability. Seniority can be an indication of trust. Behavior, contribution to raid and guild, maturity.
New Recruits: You start from the very bottom, you move up overtime as you participate in raids and events or be on standby for raids. Do not expect "equal" or "fair" treatments. If you survive and fit in the culture, you earn them eventually. Perks are reserved for people who have been working hard with us, many for a long period of time. We are very loyal to our members. You can ask for feedback anytime after the initial 2 weeks. However we will proactively provide you with feedback on a regular basis.
The more you nag the longer your initiation period is.
